Install the App in Three Steps
Android users download directly via APK because the Google Play store listing depends on your region settings — the APK route works regardless. iOS users reach the app through the App Store where available, or via the progressive web app shortcut if the native listing is not yet in your region. Either way, the process takes under two minutes. Make sure you
have at least 60MB of free storage before you start, and keep your phone on Wi-Fi during the initial download to avoid mobile data charges on the file. Once the app is open and you have signed in, your account, wallet, and game history sync automatically from the web version — nothing needs to be set up from scratch.
- Download the APK or open the App Store — On Android, tap the download link on this page to save the APK file to your phone. On iOS, search for jackpotcity in the App Store or follow the install prompt from your mobile browser.
- Allow install from unknown sources (Android only) — Open your phone's Settings, go to Security or Privacy, and enable 'Install unknown apps' for your browser or file manager. This one-time step lets the APK run. You can turn the setting back off after install if you prefer.
- Open the APK file and confirm install — Tap the downloaded file in your notifications bar or file manager, then tap Install when the system prompt appears. The process takes around 30 seconds. Once complete, the jackpotcity icon appears on your home screen.
- Open the app and sign in — Tap the icon, enter your existing account credentials, and enable fingerprint login when prompted. Your wallet balance and game history load automatically. If you are new, the registration flow is inside the app — takes about 90 seconds.
